"These pictures show the result of the second time around. I emailed Rich to inform him of new issues. He had already told our neighbor that he would not be back after he finished fixing the first issues we had. His email response was, “I have no control how wood dries and ages.” The pickets were less than a week installed. He also stated in a response to me questioning his workmanship, “Everything is working properly and standing upright. That is workmanship.” He informed me that he gave my neighbor and I a good discount. I guess that means poor workmanship, poor quality and poor customer service is acceptable. Cheaper is not a better value. Very bad decision on our part for choosing this company."

"We used Affordable Fence LLC for a fence and gate replacement this April, 2022. Rich the owner originally quoted a price, then sent an email stating he was able to make a bulk order for pickets and that would bring our price down. This dropped my price by $136.00. At no time were we informed this bulk purchase would come with a lesser quality of materials. Their website states "We never let our clients down. We will do a great job, or come back to make it right, no questions asked." We asked Rich to come out a second time because of splits and some other issues with the fence. He moved part of the fence and split a picket, but didn't replace it. The piece was not split before. He did replace two split pickets on my gate after he asked me what do you want me to do about it, and I replied back I wanted them replaced. There were two more split pieces, one on my gate and one the fence, and he didn't replace them, he put in screws to hold them together. He said he would come out a third time but would charge an additional price to replace the pieces that he should have replaced at the time we asked in our first email to him. Poor customer service, poor communication, and poor quality workmanship was not expected. We were not provided any communication about these pickets being poor quality. We were not given an option saying we could pay for a better quality selection if we didn't want the materials he currently had. According to Rich, we were given a good discount. I guess a good discount comes with poor quality of materials and a lack of integrity from this company."

"Richard came out and did our fence and we have nothing but positive things to say! He was responsive, able to start right away, and provided great quality for an extremely reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!"
