They showed me my options and =fully explained how it would work and then we got down to business and ordered the replacement windows. They provided the best service and fully explained everything to me as well and they even explained what they were doing as they removed the old windows and replaced them with new ones. They are a great improvement over the old contractor grade windows that came with the house.
