"Bad - gave 8k deposit for 37' retaining wall 2/9/2022 was told they were 8 to 10 weeks out. Called 4/29 no response, emailed 5/5 no response, called 6/28 no response, made a trip to their office 7/11 spoke with Jesse the owner, he was very rude, and unprofessional. I told him he was holding up my pool contractor he responded that I would be lucky if my pool got completed because he heard that contractor was very ill. Eventually he agreed they could start soon. Crew finally arrived 7/21, did not complete job until 10/3."
