"I have ordered gate card last month, after I have waited a month , they send me wrong gate cards....I informed the staff about the mistake but they didn't bother to call!!!! I have residents that don't have access to the community , new move ins but no gate cards!!!!! They used to have better management but now it's just horrible. The only decent employee is Thomas, he always answer my calls, return my calls but nobody else from the office. Disappointing!"
