"Coe Bjorn wanted optional board installed over postmasters and when $75.00 (nominal fee) was quoted, threatened to take me to court if I didn't do the work for free. He actually filed in small claims and when I showed up, he left and case was dismissed. I think he was hoping that I wouldn't show up and he would get a default judgement for $5000.00 which was the amount he filed for, which was more than the entire fence project cost. Mr. Bjorn is the person anyone in Durango should steer clear of."
