"Let me begin by saying I am not a contractor. I do not buy truckloads of fencing supplies a month or have a established relationship with this business. I, as a homeowner first contacted this business by phone about 6 weeks ago in regards to having a custom gate built. The employees at this location do not like their jobs, period, and it shows. Since first contact I have been at this location on three different occasions and each time the experience has been the same. Not a smile or any sort of show of appreciation for my business. I was shorted on hardware on my first visit which they corrected when I returned to pick up my custom gate. The gate was spot on and even higher quality than I expected. That is the reason this isn't a 1 star review. For my most recent visit customer service was once again below sub par. The salesman printed my paperwork and sent me to the cashier to pay. She was on the phone and told me to tell the salesman to run the ticket. I paid him and went to the warehouse to have my order pulled where the guy acted as if I were putting him out. He pulls the order and when he brings it up I notice there are no nuts and bolts to secure my new hardware to the gate. The very put out warehouse guy says that the salesman did not put them on the ticket and instructs me to return to the sales office and have them add the needed (will not function without) nuts and bolts (black mind you bolts not found in every hardware store). I go back to the sales office to pay FIFTY FOUR CENTS. While paying the $.54 the warehouse guy come in and gives me some nuts and bolts, which seemed smallish. While walking to my truck, the smallish appearance continued to nag at my brain so I checked it. You guessed it, too small. Upon returning to the sales office I was told "well that's what comes with it" until I pointed out that the bolt will not reach from one side of the clamp to the other.I live 45 minutes away from this business. The next closest fencing supply is another 20 minutes away in Benton. If I need fence supplies that are not available at Home Depot again, I will drive to Benton."
