"Richard came out to measure for our complete yard fencing project in Heber, AZ. He never gave us a written bid and only quoted me a price over the phone. The bid was very high in comparison to other bids. We decided to only do the backyard and I drew a sketch of the revision and text'd it to Richard asking for a revised quote. That was nine days ago and still no call or text. We have since contracted another company who gave us a written quote 15 minutes after they measured the property. This is a $5800 job they lost! I guess they don't need the business!"
