I contacted Rock Landscaping and they came out within the week to check out my issue and proposed a solution to regraded the lawn, redo the window well/waterproof, and route the downspouts underground to a drain pool. Austin, the PM, was in contact with me and ensured everything happened on time and within the estimated quote. They were professional and communicated what was going to happen and timelines.
