"I contacted this company in early February (nearly 30 days ago) and they assigned Alex Jones of the Tuscaloosa office to quote my McCalla/Bessemer job of 200 feet of fencing and an automated gate, because our property was on the way home for him. He surveyed the job promptly and then never sent the quote to my email address.I followed up with him each week for THREE weeks with no response.Finally, I contacted the main office to request another estimator and was told that I needed to contact Alex when he returned next week from a conference. I told them that response was unacceptable, unprofessional, and that I would both never do business with them in the future and would do what I could to discourage others from receiving such poor service."
