"I own several small businesses in the metro area. Ordered 2 gates and paid immediately. Salesman took my number and promised to call when they arrived. You guessed it, nobody called. When I contacted them I was told it was my responsibility to call. Arrived to pick up my gates, they left me cooling my jets for 45 minutes in their will-call area. When I asked a personality free monosyllabic worker were my gates where and how much longer will I gave to wait... he shrugged his shoulders said "Dunno" and walked away. You guessed it, never coming back."
