"We had our privacy fence replaced by Superior late 2022. Turns out they don't have any workers of their own (other than the initial contact people, who are very nice) they just hire independent contractors who may or may not have any idea what they're doing. Our crews worked hard, but the quality of the material and labor is terrible and falling apart six months later. Boards are splitting and popping off, nails got left out on numerous boards and are driven in crooked and are sticking out on most of the boards - just overall poor workmanship. We've been trying for six weeks to have some of the issues fixed, but can't even get a reply from anyone at Superior now.*Updated to add that after I posted this review a person randomly appeared to fix the issues, but since we had no advance warning from the company I wasn't home, and while my husband did his best to find the bad boards four of the split ones got missed. A completely different type of wood was used for the boards that did get replaced, so now the fence is all mismatched. Better than nothing, although I have almost no hope for the rest of the fence, I'm sure it will continue to fail as time goes by. From now on we will hire a small, locally owned business with better communication skills to continue the repairs."
