"Superior Fence is not a legitimate fence installation company. They subcontract work out to local installers (i.e. just like Certa Pro). My experience with sales was positive. I was promised complete satisfaction and that they can find a solution to any problem. Within minutes of signing the quote on line, they called from an unmarked number to take the 50% deposit. They have a 'dashboard' page which shows your expected installation timing. When the day came to begin the actual live work it became a nightmare. On day one, they did not conduct any pre meeting with me (as promised in the contract), dug several posts improperly and hung a gate poorly. On day two I find out from the city that they did not obtain the permits they were responsible for and promised to obtain. Alex Duenas of Gravette supposedly is a production supervisor but will never show up to actually meet in person, lies repeatedly over the phone and has ghosted me for three days. The 'owner' is a mystery person whose identity is top secret and the LLC listed on the quote appears fictitious. The positive reviews and photos posted here are probably the craftsmanship of local hard working fence contractors who were most likely under paid by Superior. This is a scam company preying on laborers and using high deposit percentages to maintain their virtual image and lure the next customer. Look closely at their web site and there is no guarantee of customer satisfaction. Just made up claims. If you want to pay thousands of dollars for a five star google rating and responses to reviews then these are the guys for you. If you are expecting an actual physical, quality product installled at your home, do not hire these con artists!"
