"We have been working with this business for a month for scheduling an estimate. We called to schedule an appointment with Emily on 5-5-23. The guy the company sends out todo measurements is Mike. He went to our property on 5-10-23 to measure. We're thinking, great, a few days after our call he's gonna take measurements. On 5-19-23, Mike notified us via text that he lost his drawing/measurements on the program he used and would have to go by and measure. Mike never responded to our text about when he would be by. Today, I reached out to Emily at the office. We were informed that the owner was notified and would be reaching out to Mike, their quote guy and that I should just move along to someone else because it's going to, “take a minute, for the owner to reach out to Mike. And, Mike has a full schedule already.” We asked if we were just simply being dropped, and Emily told me that all this stuff will take some time. We love recommending companies but this is one that needs to be passed on. If they don't care about you on the front side, that's saying something on how they'll treat you down the road. A positive outcome would have been for Mike to drop one of his other estimates and follow through on ours immediately. After all, he knew on May 19th he needed to remeasure and never reported that to the office. It's been 17 days he's had to return to our house. Apparently Mike never told anyone that we've been hanging and waiting to no avail."
