Garden Center at The Home Depot in Alaska

"Horrible paint department stood in line for 20 minutes. Then I was told that I was not standing in the right spot to be in line even though there were no signs up and I was forced to wait an additional 60 minutes. I'll never shop here again Brandon had horrible service."

"We went to Home Depot 10/1/2013 to get some edging rock for our backyard. The people were actually quite helpful and told us that as opposed to waiting to get everything loaded tonight, we could pay right then and schedule a pick up and have it all ready for us. Perfect! Or so we thought. My husband called to ensure it would be ready and the customer service rep said to just go to the garden center and it'd all be ready. Well, we went at the designated time and not only was it not ready, but it took contacting a manager to even get the pallet off the shelves. They said someone would be coming to get it off the shelves and after waiting we went to the manager. The manager ended up doing it. The manager was nice, but way too much fell through the cracks. We will NOT be returning to this home depot."

"This store is nice I was in garden and a garden associate name Luis he his super helpful and really nice he helped me get everything on my list he took his time and everything and then another day I came back again I went back to garden to see if he can help with my list he even went out of his department to help me find everything on my list go to garden and find Luis he his super helpful"
