"Initially the service was great. During installation I was not home, upon receiving a picture of the gate I noticed it was not what we had discussed. I called Don to make him aware of the incorrect gate, he said it was correct and that is what we spoke about. The opening for the gate is 11 feet wide and we wanted a 7.5 foot section and a 3.5 foot section which are the exact measurements I sent him through Facebook messenger. He said thats not what he remembers and when I told him he needs to make this right. He said. "How about I come take the gate out and give you your ****ing money back, we busted our Burts to get this done for you". Which is well and good and appreciated but the efforts are for nothing if the gate isn't what we ordered. They were not willing to make the situation right in a professional manor. Would not recommend. The owner is a chicken **** with no professionalism or integrity."

"Had them install a gate for me several years ago and they were quite good and did very good work. However, we lost the gate (and our entire block fence) due to one of the massive storms that came through about a month ago.I called them three days ago to see about getting a quote on either getting the gate repaired or replaced and a snarky woman answered the phone and said they weren't interested in doing any repairs and that if I wanted a quote for a replacement I needed to send in dimensions to them. I was caught off guard by this because A) I am (was) an existing customer and B) there was obviously an insurance claim involved that meant I was definitely going to be doing something. She was completely disinterested, so I no longer recommend them. Service is a huge part of the contractor/homeowner relationship, and I felt this person was disrespectful to that.On a side note: my block fence contractor is now doing the gate and is more than happy to take the money for it (and I'm also having the front gate replaced too.)"
