Alltech Gate Systems LLC in Arizona

"I felt the need to write this review in light of the position I was in just a short while ago. First a little background for why we were looking for a new gate. We live in an extremely remote area in the foothills of the Dragoon Mountains east of Benson. To say that it is difficult finding excellent service is putting it mildly; it is definitely "hit or miss." My husband and I are handy having previously built our own house and refurbished several others, so we tend to try and do as much of our own work as we can just to avoid hiring "uncertain" labor as much as possible.Unfortunately this house came with a gate that was installed in such a manner that every time a heavy monsoon storm came through, the gate would open uphill into the driveway where mounds of gravel and dirt always piled up. It was simply a poor design. The final straw was when opening it caused a couple cross bars to break. It was obvious from several welds on the gate that it had happened before.One of my frustrations was trying to find a gate fabricator that someone could highly recommend - not just say that they had their gate built there. There are people here in the community that have gates, but no one was heaping praise on anyone. I am particular and tried to do some research but couldn't find any reviews. I finally just had to go with a gate company that I really liked a design found on their site. The company happened to be Alltech Gate Systems out of Tucson, AZ.I contacted Alltech with my needs, sent them some photos, and stated my issues with the site location. I got back two quotes following my request to reuse my old gate and one for the new design. Dennis O'Neill, my sales rep, worked with me and came out to measure to ensure that the gate would fit perfectly and work with the requirements we discussed.It turns out ordering a gate in winter is an excellent time to get one. I had my gate in just about a week's time! It normally takes closer to a month to get a gate, but winter is a slower time for manufacturing gates. I was lucky. :) They just installed it yesterday - 8 days after Dennis O'Neill came out to measure. Wow!And here is where I have to say that I am blown away! First, I got a call on Friday saying that my gate was complete and asking if I would be around on Monday. They set up a time to come in the morning. Monday morning, I received another call saying that they were on their way. The company's communication is excellent and so unlike many service appointments these days.Two gentlemen, Dustin and Charlie - very polite, friendly and professional - immediately went to work to install the gate. They installed it perfectly. Everything is level and beautifully painted. The existing stanchions were sanded and painted to match. They even serviced the gate arm where previous homeowners had opened it up which caused issues with my control board. It all looks brand new and very classy.And what a gorgeous gate! It has truly exceeded my expectations. I am so, so happy that I found them. So, I am here to say that I HIGHLY recommend Alltech Gate Systems. If I need anything done again, I will not hesitate to use them."
