Don't make any "handshake" agreements with him.The fencing he installed was good, just never on time and always some excuse for not making his commitment."

He was condescending and I hope this person never causes an accident, because the man I talked to would never admit they were responsible. I wouldn't use this business, because if shoddy work, they probably wouldn't accept responsibility for that either."
