"On July 30, our 40' Eucalyptus Tree was blown over by a monsoon storm. We contacted several contractors, and were told that it would be 3-4 weeks till they cold even come to give us a bid. Then some just said they could give me an estimate via a photo. And still, 3-4 weeks before they could do it. Serenos gave us a bid and were going to start work that week. They showed up on time and were so nice. The job was so beautiful. My husband and I can not recommend this company any higher than 5 stars or we would. Competative prices and beautiful work."

"When I called the company out I received a great response. They showed up the same day to look at the gate that needed to be repaired. They told me no problem they could come out within a week to get it fixed. They sent a bid and the bid basically read "Fix gate $660" when I asked for clarification I was rebuffed but I was anxious to get the gate fixed. When they showed up they did nothing with the gate except try to add a long piece that stuck out into the drive area. Said it was fixed and would send a bill. The gate worked for a day or so and then stopped working again. I called someone else out and they said it looks like the other company didn't do anything. The second company was able to get the gate working and it has been working ever since. This company is terrible!"
