"After three attempts to fix our gate and over $500 in repairs, the problem seemed to be a bad 9V battery. I was not impressed with the fact that they could not fix the gate in one visit and charged $110 just to come out and look each time. This in addition to the cost of repairs, which now seem questionable. I don't mind paying for a repair, however, when it takes three visits and I am charged each time, I question their business practices. We will not use them in the future."
