"My dad had bought several "50 foot long" rolls of Dewitt landscape fabric from here. Turned out each one was only 32 feet long. I bear witness to this because I helped him measure when we came up short.So far, no problem with jj's. That is until we went up there. My dad bought two more to make up for what we needed. When he got to the counter, he told the cashier the problem with the previous rolls. My dad understandably wanted some compensation for this shortage. The cashier said there was nothing he could do. A lot had to do with the employee's smug attitude as well. As a former retail employee, I can say, it's a better investment to lose a few bucks than it is to lose a customer.As my dad and I were leaving, we saw them measuring one of their landscape fabric rolls, and my dad said he could tell they were already coming up short. They could have done that right in front of my dad, and compensated him since that would be proof. The two new rolls we bought, also 32 feet. Bad customer service, bad juju."
