Superior Fence & Rail in Arkansas

"We needed to install 400+ feet of wood fence and three gates. We had received less expensive quotes from folks who could do it quicker but we decided to go with them since they had the backing of a national brand and the very nice and professional salesperson convinced us he could get us started sooner. Big Mistake!Once the project was turned over to the Production department it was a non stop parody of how work is not supposed to be done. Everything from scheduling to material availability and workmanship were mishandled. On the day they came out to finally complete the project I let them know they had put the pickets facing the wrong direction. I told them at this point I wanted them to just finish the project and I would decide if I wanted to request a discount later. After they argued with me that there sub contractor verified this with me three times (He Didn't) they harassed me the rest of the day about whether or not I was going to pay. I don't have back or side neighbors and back up to a ravine. Not sure why I would want the rails facing my house after I told him that.I have asked now multiple times of the production guy and the sales guy to speak to whoever he reports to but that person apparently doesn't exist. He wont give me the name and only says "the owner" and they don't deal with anyone. When I ask the sales guy he says he doesn't know who he reports to even though they work in the same office.Don't waste your time. Extremely unprofessional and thin skinned."
