"We have been waiting on a refund (due to our project not being approved by HOA) from Alpen and Jake Lambert since November 18th. He has been giving us the run around and has nothing but excuses for why he can't get us the refund. Jake Lambert keeps saying that he has sent the refund check and has never done so. We have multiple emails from him stating that he will refund us. This is horrible way to run a business and not professional in any or matter what so ever!!"
