"Very difficult company to work with. We've had several issues with the automatic gate we had installed. It has been difficult to have someone come out for a repair, they have failed to show up for scheduled appointments, and don't follow up- leaving us to call and reschedule. Our gate has been malfunctioning for several weeks and they've failed to show up for scheduled appointments and act inconvenienced when we call to get rescheduled. Most recently, I took off work last Tuesday for an appointment, confirmed the date and time and ensured they had my cell number the Monday before. One hour after my scheduled time and no one showed up. Called the company and was told the tech decided that morning to cancel, without letting me know. I asked if he could come later in the day to look at it even though I wouldn't be on-site. Today is Friday, no one has been out, no one has called. Very unprofessional!"
