"First let me clarify that I only received a bid from D&D, I didn't hire them. So the 'average' rating is based on that experience. I first sent an email request through the website for an estimate, but after a week with no reply, I called and left a message. I got a call back on a Wednesday, was told they would call me Thursday to arrange a good time for Friday. I didn't hear back on Thursday, so around 5p, I texted and asked if they were still coming Friday. I missed a call back, but no one left a message. Friday came and went. The next week I got a call and an appointment was set for that week but then it was rescheduled due to rain. Third time was a charm and Adrianne was on time for the estimate. The rating is based on communication, and also the fact I did feel like the job wasn't something they wanted to take, as it was bid high on comparison to others I got."
