"Please read the yelp reviews they are too accurate . We have a new home needed landscaping and fencing first time install. He would show up and measure whatever he feels like and send you a text of the estimate. He had to come out 3 times purley because he didn't understand that I needed to discuss with him in person. After weeks of weaseling around saying the material price went up hes booked ect. He says the margins are to small to do the job .. i asked him about the landscaping too and he didn't even want to do it .. this guy has too much work to worry about a brand new fence install. Don't give him any more. The yelp reviews will confirm this is a standard practice for him. I almost think he is working with Oakwood homes to delay projects so they get the 500 deposite back."
