"Was the worst retail experience of my life. The yard help was rude and intimidating except for one gentlemen. Wouldn't shop there if they were giving the merchandise away."

"Not very helpful over the phone, their website is misleading. Thought I could come and pick up materials, but was forced to call the store and have them write up a quote. I drove up an hour to pick up materials cause they are the only ones that sell chain link fencing. So I'm stuck. They said the quote wouldn't be ready for 2 or more hours and would be sent via email. The office is closed due to Covid?? Pretty sure all Covid places have lifted their regulations. No one inside is wearing masks either."
