"Updated 07/08/2022:I was immediately contacted after posting this review and was informed the repair job had been assigned to an employee that no longer works for the company. I definitely understand situations happen beyond our control. Nailed It Fencing, then repaired the gate the same day, which I did not expect, and informed me they repaired it for no charge, which I also did not expect. I'll inform the tenants of the professional opinion that strong winds would not have caused the damage. I am changing my review to 5 stars because the initial work was done professionally and, once I was contacted, the repairs were immediately fixed and at no further cost, which I did not expect. Additionally, an irresponsible former employee shouldn't have a bad impact on otherwise hardworking small business owners. I will definitely contact Nailed It Fencing, for future needs.
