"Purchased a sprayer that the handle broke after first use. The handle has very thin weak spot designed to break sooner or later. Farmers would NOT allow me to exchange it for a new one. I even offered to pay the difference for a better model. However they had about 20 replacement handles for sales for my sprayer. The boy that helped me even said these handles are better. The fact they had so many handles for sale tells me there is something wrong with the OEM part that broke. He was more than willing to sell me another. Even gave me almost $2 off. As if he did me a favor. They don't stand behind their product. I will not be shopping there anymore."
