"I reached out to Castle Rock Deck & Fence to schedule a deck inspection (as advertised on their website). Someone got back to me via text right away and I responded with the information they requested. No reply for almost two weeks. Sent another text message to the same phone # to follow up. No reply. Reached out directly to the company to ask for help and heard back right away from someone who said they would be at my house the following day to inspect the deck. I confirmed via text that I would be home all day. NO SHOW the next day and NO FOLLOW UP from them! I've never had a company completely flake out on me like this. Not recommended."
