"Very nice people"

"I have used Consolidated Fence several times during the past 15 years. For this reason, I felt comfortable contacting them, after Hurricane Sally, to repair my mother's fence. After leaving two voicemails, a month or so apart, I finally decided to give Consolidated Fence one more opportunity. Much to my surprise, the manager of Consolidated Fence answered my telephone call. We had a very nice conversation. Before the call ended, the manager of Consolidated Fence assured me that someone from his company would be out to my mother's house Dec.1st or 2nd. Regrettably, Consolidated Fence did not show up as agreed. Again, mindful that Consolidated Fence is exceptionally busy with hurricane repairs from Sally, I left them another voicemail. Now, nearly five days later, still no return call. In my opinion, this is a poorly run organization. Furthermore, I believe it's leadership lacks competence and trustworthiness."
