"I was treated very poorly by the secretary and then by a GM that called me back. I called Straight Up Fence company for a quote on a new Chain Link Fence around our Business. I DID drop my cell phone right after the secretary answered. When I grabbed for my phone, I hung up on her. Almost Immediately I received a phone call back from Straight Up Fence Company. I answered and was hung up by the caller. I then Called Straight up Fence right back and got the answering machine and left a lengthy message. The secretary called me right back and must have listened to my message, she denied calling me back. I informed her that all phones now have the history easily available, she was so busy yelling and this is "Unfair". I just kept saying No Thank you and she just kept complaining. I said goodbye twice and finally just hung up during her tirade. About 5 minutes later a gentleman called back and was impatient. I asked him to quit talking over me and explained what had happened. The secretary stated that she did call and hang up, but duhhhh, I have the history on my phone. The GM said I just wanted to know "What was going on" No apology, no thank you for the information. I will not be doing business with such an unprofessional company even though their reviews seem to be good.Follow up: The President of the Company called and was extremely professional and went the extra mile to make this situation right. I appreciate the call back. Maybe it was just a bad day. No problem. I will use this company in the future if I ever need to. I appreciate their actions to help get this unfortunate situation resolved and truly appreciate their efforts to rectify any misunderstandings with me."
