Was told im recieving a gift card for them mishandling a condensing unit and for removing limbs from my tree without my permission from his contracted company, that never happened. He hires cheap labor and then throws them under the bus on everything, when in fact he was the one barking said orders they get blamed for. Just a FYI for you future customers. Don't hire a middle man when u can go straight to the man...."
