"Jay and Austin were a delight to work with. They painted our balcony and deck and we couldn't be more pleased with their work. Previously Jay had painted our fence the lovely Highlands Ranch Brown that is so popular. Since he did such a good job we had him do more painting. "I contacted Good Neighbor to do some fence repair for the home that we were getting ready to sell. Jay came out and was very professional and easy to work with. He worked with me through some schedule changes that needed to be made and also broke out the estimate for me so that I could determine whether it would be more cost effective for me to do some of the work on my own or to have he and his guys do it all.We ended up having the work done once we had moved out of the home and before it went on the market to make things more simple due to our dogs. Since we were gone Jay was very good at keeping me up to date on how things were going and where they were on the job.
