"My husband and I usually go to this Home Depot because it is close to our house. We have always thought that they had staffing issues but the other day was a whole new level. We went to buy our Christmas tree but when we pulled up the tree area was closed. We went inside to ask if someone could come help us but the girl behind the counter ROLLED her eyes at us for asking. Then she made she we could see how annoyed she was with our request and called several different people. Finally she told us that someone would be with us soon. I waited where I was thinking that she has asked them to come up front, but I realized I was wrong when she asked me why I was still waiting there. I went outside to wait by the trees and two managers (I think?) came out and looked into the tree lot. They saw me and told me to wait for someone else. We waited for about 10 more minutes and no one showed up so we went to Lowes. Lowes was farther away but they were very polite and helpful and they had a better price! We won't be shopping at this Home Depot any longer."

"I'm a 24 year old female and I went into this Home Depot to get things to grow grass in my backyard. I was seriously so content after leaving! I went to the garden center and was staring at the grass seed for awhile because I was not sure exactly what I should get. I was then asked by an extremely accommodating older gentleman named David. He asked if I needed help and I told him that I needed to grow some grass in my backyard but I don't know what seed to get. He went into detail about what seed I should get based off the time of year,brought me over to the top soil and picked one out that would suit my needs. I only had one of those small carrying baskets so he grabbed the big bag of soil for me. He also walked me through the whole process of growing grass and how to do it. He made sure to walk me back up to the register and wish me luck. I've never received such great customer service and am so happy that he was there to help me out. As a girl going into a store like Home Depot,it's intimidating and difficult so I am so happy that he was there to help me! I was able to leave the store feeling accomplished and fully confident in achieving a nice backyard full of grass!"
