"This business still has me bewildered. Text messages, voice mail messages and confirmed appointments have all been ignored. Here's the sequence:9/15 called ph # on website, recorded msg suggested I send a text msg. I did- no response9/26 followed up with 2nd text -no response .9/27 Called the ph # and spoke to Jarred. Said he gets a lot of text msgs and they are easy to miss, so we set and appt for Oct 3. He asked me to text name and address . I did that and he responded "Thanks Don, see you on the 3rd"10/3 11:30 appt - Jarred did not show up. 12:39 I texted and called- no response to either.Hard to explain and harder to understand. Family emergency maybe? Honestly just dropped the ball? Stuff happens."
