"Part of our contracted included obtaining and paying for permitting. This company clearly tried to close our file/account with never attempting to do anything with the permitting process. We are nearly two years out and still have not received anything and continue to get the run around. Zach has been completely unhelpful through this entire process. I'd suggest any customer past, present and future check on their permitting process because they clearly are trying to avoid permitting their projects.This entire process with this company has been a nightmare from start to finish. Next step is seeking legal recourse."

Zach made multiple trips to our house to bring samples and talk through options with me, and got the job started within a week of our first contact. Two separate neighbors came over during the process to remark about how meticulous they were with their work. I really appreciated their attention to detail, especially the trim work around the windows and how they framed in the outlets and spigots.
