"Decent prices, but terrible customer service. Was told 2 weeks and ended up taking over 7 weeks for a relatively small order. Never once had anyone call to inform me of delays, and often wouldn't return my phone calls. Waited about 30 minutes for wood to be loaded once it was finally ready, because employees were loading company trailers rather than prioritizing customers. I'm wondering if all this hassle was because I pre-paid? Would not recommend this business."
