From the first time Michael visited to discuss the design of a gabion wall in my front yard, he was super nice and full of good ideas which continued throughout the project. Michael and Inaudi have a passion for creating great looking work and it shows. They always consulted with me on decisions to be made throughout the project to make sure they were creating something I would be extremely happy with. The customer service was great! All e-mails, phone calls, and texts were always answered promptly. Their attention to detail is very high - which I appreciate when looking at the finished product closely. All the rocks were hand placed making a REALLY nice custom looking flat and connected surface inside the metal mesh cages and each day of work was always cleaned up. We put redwood pieces on the top of the wall to make a seating surface and they were VERY accommodating in laying out the wood exactly as I wanted (the wall was curved so there were a bunch of ways the wood could go). After they were done, I liked the work so much I ordered smaller gabion cages from them (1'x1' squares) to use as stools around my fire pit in the backyard. They dropped them off promptly and I used the left over rock from the project in the front which Michael and his team gladly moved to the back to make it convenient for me. Placing and aligning the rocks inside the cages myself, even though they were small, was a lot of work which helped me appreciate how skilled and efficient the Custom Gabion crew is. I would unquestionably use them again in future gabion projects!"
