"Mark is one of those business providers you can count on. He is very open and honest, will take the time to discuss your needs, and is very concerned with helping the customer. He does not use high pressure sales tactics, does not use any deceptive measures, and provides the exact service he says he will - if not a little extra.I recently bought sunscreens for my entire house from Mark - 13 windows, 2 sliding glass doors, and 3 above window glass arches. Most of the windows were large, at around 5 ft by 5 ft, and the sliding glass doors contain a lot of glass to cover. Mark's price was extremely competitive with other bids I received, and his level of service and friendliness was top notch. He took approximate measurements from me over the phone, and was able to give me a quote based on those approximations. Next, he sent an associate out to my house to meet with me, confirm the measurements, deliver the qoute, and have me sign the paperwork. At this point, we decided to add extra windows to Mark's original quote (north facing windows to achieve uniformity on the entire house). With the new windows added in, the new quote was actually LESS than Mark's original quote, because he gave a slightly overestimated original quote (he doesn't like to do anything resembling "bait and switch"), and because they offered me a "whole house discount". I was very happy with the price at this point. Then, Mark explained to me that SRP offers a rebate of 80 cents per square foot. This made me even happier with the price.Long story short, I was given a 15-business day guarantee, which isn't a money-back guarantee or anything.....its just to let the customer know he is working his hardest to get your screens installed within 3 weeks. Well, it took about 17 business days, but I wasn't worried about it because Mark was forthright about what caused the delay, and he communicated with me in the process......he didn't leave me in the dark wondering what's going on. During the 3 week period, Mark came out to my house with another associate, and re-measured the windows to get exact measurements. The next day manufacturing began, and even with a slight delay for shipping of some parts needed for the sliding screen doors, the screens were ready within 5-8 business days. Mark and his associate came out to the house, cleaned all the windows, and installed the screens in about 3-4 hours, at which point Mark explained to me that the 3 arches had small issues with fitting flush, so he wanted to take them back to the shop, and come back the next day to finish those last 3 pieces. Meanwhile, the rest of the house looked awesome. I was extremely pleased. Mark did exactly as he said, and came back the next day to finish the installation of the last 3 pieces, even though I had already paid him in full.Overall, excellent service, excellent product, excellent work by Mark and by his associates.Scott"
