"I should have known something was up when I had to backfill all of the holes in the yard. Unfortunately on the install day, I had little time to babysit which in retrospect, I wish I had.I noticed the next day that the drop bar was not installed correctly. The top mount is too low so I cannot lift the drop rod, twist it and let the top mount hold the drop rod. So I have to hold the drop rod while opening and closing the gate. Quite remarkable for a fence company. To some this may sound petty but if they paid several thousands of dollars for this they may change their minds. You can see the top mount in the picture and how far away it is is from the top of the rod. This is not a gate adjustment but a poor installation which requires moving the top mount into position and screwing it into place with some extra holes where it is now. Nice.After that I saw the the front part of the fence was nowhere near close to straight. The drop rod hole was drilled in the wrong place and the 2 end panels are also crooked. The gates are not level vertically so closing the gate requires lifting up the latch to close. Unbelievable since I did ask the installers to make sure it was straight when they first started. They went on to tell me how it would be. Maybe they weren't straight? The guys were super nice and friendly but other than one guy I am not sure how much experience they had at installing fencing. By the looks of what they did, this may have been the 2nd or third one.The WORST part about all of this was when Jordan came out to measure and get us a quote, we stood in our driveway and he pretty much said that he and his company are not this type of company. They want their customers to be satisfied. Like a moron, I believed him since he came off of as such a nice and honest person. I have left messages, sent texts, with no reply. To add insult to injury, while he was here, Jordan said that he is my area quite a bit because he frequents a local restaurant that is 15s away by car.I hope all is well with him and his family but I am NOT a satisfied customer.There are other things but I think I have said enough. I did have a chance to let my neighbors know about our experience one of which was planning on using this company.I would not recommend this company."
