"My neighbor Tom and I split the cost of a wooden fence/gate. Chris and his team member did a great job installing and informing us of the process. We were informed if we had any issues with the wooden pickets to contact him.Approximately 5 months later, the wooden gate started to scrape against the concrete. I've called a total of 4 times. The office manager was very understanding each time. I was told he would respond. I left an actual message on the 18th of November. Google recently reminded me to leave a review, so here I am with mixed feelings."
