"Our whole experience with Katchakid was great. We purchased a pool safety net to protect our grandchildren from falling into the pool when they visit. It is a great solution that doesn't have to be on the pool all the time, and now that it is installed, my wife and I are certain that no person or pet could get into the pool with it on. I called and requested a quote which came via email without anyone having to come to our house. Two weeks later, Mike and Lavandis showed up on time to install the net with precision. Watching them work, I could tell that they have been installing Katchakid products as a team for 16 years. They installed the net in about two hours despite a spa, basketball goal, waterfall and other rock features along the edge of the pool. They cleaned up like they were never there and even rolled up my water hose that wasn't rolled up when they arrived. After the installation, they provided training on how to take the net on and off and any tricks to make it easier. They explained how to store the net and what to expect going forward. Turns out, it's not as difficult or complicated as it seemed from the video on their website. Overall excellent experience!!!"
