"Plant dead. What do?"

"I gave 5 stars because of Toni the manager! She was absolutely amazing!! I am pregnant and due in 3 weeks, having my baby shower this week and wanted some plants for our backyard. The pots and plants were very heavy I could not lift them in the car. I checked out at the nursery and the guy at the register was not willing to help. He delayed 20 mins before he decided to call someone to come and help, still no help I asked for a refund. He replied I would have to go to customer service. I walked all the way to customer service and explained the situation, the lady asked another employee to help he said he couldn't. I received my refund and was going to leave. I went back in spoke to Toni (manager) who was sympathetic and understanding to my situation. She provided the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. She also walked me to my car with all the merchandise and loaded it in my car. I am so grateful for her. Hopefully her staff will be a little more sympathetic in the future and provide excellent customer service. Thank you so much."

"Four years ago it was definitely different. People were much more helpful, polite, customer friendly. Not sure why Home Depot is hiring the kind of people that hate customers service."
