"I recently used Advanced Fence to tear down and build a new wood fence on one side of my yard. They did a good job on the fence and it looks great, except for one thing.Unfortunately they did not ask me which direction the "nice looking" side of the fence should face, and I assumed that they would build it facing my yard (since I was paying for the fence). They built it facing the neighbors yard as that was how the old fence was oriented.When I called about how to fix the situation they said that they could remove the panels and change them to face my yard but that it would probably look bad because the fence would not conform to the slope of the yard. I ultimately chose not to do that as that would make it look worse than it already does.I wish they would have asked me how I wanted the fence oriented and then indicated that on the bid/work order."
