He shows up when he says he's going to and he's a really nice guy who stands behind his work. He put up a beautiful railing on my rooftop deck in Congress Park Denver last summer. I wasn't sure what I wanted at first but he was super helpful and help me figure out what design would be best for my rooftop. He emailed me a suggestions and then came over to help me figure out the design in person. Staining the railing was also part of our contract and it could not be done until over a month after the installation of the railing and I did not have to hound him to come back and finish the job.
