The technician performed the work as scheduled. I didn't fully understand how to open the windows in the kid's bedrooms, in the event of a fire. Adrian Chavez (owner) made an extra trip and came out to the house and explained it in detail so I fully understood. And no extra charge! He was so helpful and it was obvious that he cared about me as a customer and a person. Chavez Wrought Iron is family owned and operated and they are honest, reliable and do great work. Their prices were better than anyone else, as well. You don't need to spend a minute talking to any other company, just call Chavez Wrought Iron and you'll be so happy you did...as I am!"

"Terrible communication and non-existent follow up. They came out to look at our house and discuss a project, but never provided an estimate, despite multiple calls afterwards. Inexcusable. Now they say they are too busy for new customers. Look elsewhere for your fence and gate needs."
