After visiting your web page and familiarizing ourselves with your products and the fact that you were open Saturday, convinced us to visit your show room. And, are we glad we did because your staff made our choice much easier to make! For starters, we felt no pressure to make a purchase, secondly the workmanship on display was convincing enough, and lastly, the pricing was very competitive based on quality per dollar choices.Now for the installation process, impressive I must say. First of all, you had folks out to get exact measurements not once but twice. What we appreciated the most was the fact that you installed the door while were out of town on an emergency. Normally we would not allow anyone to work on our home without us being there, however, we felt so comfortable with your local small Family Business Approach, that we approved the installation without our presence. I must say, once we arrived home and saw the installation, we were thoroughly impressed. The door fit perfectly, and looks Great! Thank you Chavez Team, You are Pros!"
