"I had originally given DSE excavation a 5 star review. I completely retract it. The business practices of this company are disingenuous. My fence that was installed was reasonably installed so I thought initially. Until I had another company come out and inspect the work. It was mocked. I was taken for a ride by this company by a smooth talking salesman with a lot of words. He completely screwed my entire neighborhood with shoddy efforts. The owner called animal control on his dog. The owner of this company now threatens liens on my neighbor for canceling payments on the installed fence that has fallen over. The posts in my fence were dug too shallow and they are now loose and some are going to need to be redone. My fence was installed in April. It is June 30th. 6500 dollars and I cant get my fence to last 3 months. I've been taken for a ride by a shoddy company. Now, on top of it. The owner REFUSES to return my calls I assume because a month ago I had just deleted my 5 star review. Had my concerns and my ENTIRE neighborhoods concerns been addressed, this would have never changed. The price was a fair 30 dollars a foot for a shadowbox cedar fence. Now I've called to adjust the fence and I've been ignored. He promised me that if it had any issues he would race out to fix it. Stacy cronk who shared a negative review lives in the same new development as I do tells the absolute truth and her outrage is fair. My neighbors fence blew over in the wind also done by DSE. Had the company stood by their own words and fixed issues if they arose, not one negative comment would have come by. The father kid-team they have/had was something I was so excited to support and nothing good came from it. After researching into the owner and the company further to find he is operating under a different name so we can't run a background check, well that just disturbed me further.For the amount of money spend I would also liked to have my cuts on my fence to align with the angle of the slope instead of just running in screws to make an angle. I also dont understand why I have a 10 inch peice of wood randomly placed in my door to make a hinge. As if the door was an afterthought. Also many boards are warped or of inferior quality. I didnt really pay attention to the quality of the install until more recently because its a fence. I didnt put much thought into the install job because I trusted it was going to be good. The lack of communication is what has driven my issues home for me. I have escalated my issues with the state and I intend on pursuing legal avenues. The company is not welcome to return to our property.Update. Post has been dug up to show proof of lack depth on the post. Fence post dug only 12 inches deep with no concrete to speak of. All of these rebuttals to our reviews with one star show the lack care for the customer. The person named Nate Colorado who gave a 5 star review works for DSE. These reviews with 5 stars with people with one review and fake names are a joke. Like this company. The owners real name is Patrick Alexander Crossman. His cards are using a pseudonym as Alex A. Don't be fooled by these fake reviews!!"

"I do not know what the stacy chick is talking about on these reviews because the owner of this company is a woman! It's the main reason I hired this company, to support a woman backed business and these guys were more than Professional. I would call them anytime to repair or install a new fence.this company is great"
