"Alex's real name is Patrick Crossman. He is listed as the owner on the BBB website, and he was previously listed as the entity owner on the Colorado Secretary of State's business website until it was changed to his wife's name on June 2nd. Coincidentally after I figured out who he really was. If you research his name, you will find he previously had landscaping companies under the names of Accurate Cut Construction and Accurate Cut Landscaping and Maintenance. These 2 companies have negative reviews that reflect my experiences. You will also find his name listed on the Colorado Bureau of Investigations SOR. I'd recommend you watch your children around him.It took Alex over 2 months to ALMOST complete (as in, it's still not finished) a fence around our property. Always excuses as to why he wasn't working on my project, or when he'd be back, and I have video footage to prove when and for how long he was actually there. I have 2 gates that started to fail less than a month after he built them, one of the gates is completely off level with the rest of the fence, the removable fence panel's pickets are completely uneven, he's refusing to remove his trash from my property, and I only have a gate handle on one side of one of my gates. All of this is documented in pictures, as I have added in the review. When confronted, Alex becomes defensive, hostile, and threatening. He even changed the date on a video of my property to try and prove that he'd been there on a certain day. Again. I HAVE VIDEO RECORDING OF MY PROPERTY. Yes, I'd had a previous landscaper that was doing things mostly wrong and had to be fired. Yes, I'd hired this company to come in and fix his work. No I was not expecting magic or anything super fancy. I just wanted my fence done! I wouldn't have an issue had the work been completed in a timely fashion or fixed when I told the man that there were issues. But as you can see from my pictures, THERE ARE ISSUES HE IS UNWILLING TO ADDRESS, and he became hostile when I attempted to do so. He is a shady man that has people write fake reviews for him when someone calls him out, and he does cheap work.Update: all but 6 of our fence posts had been put in by our previous landscaper, Eddy. We had removed his pickets but left the posts. Alex came and replaced the pickets and added 6 posts. ALEX'S 6 POSTS ARE LOOSE WITH CEMENT VISIBLE. We removed one to start rebuilding, and the post was only in the ground barely 12 inches. All of Eddy's posts are rock solid, even with those "act of God" windstorms we had. Even with our incomplete landscaping. The gate latch that Alex put on is not even fully attached, it has split the picket, and it's coming unattached from the wood behind the picket. All pictures are included for your viewing, including proof that the owner entity name was changed from his to hers. Woman led, yeah ok. Believe what you want. Also, the account Allison from Colorado is his child's account. Just another fake review."

"If your looking for someone to talk on the phone with for 3 hrs per call but never show up for estimates then look no further you've found your guy. And if he does show up I think you would wish he hadn't. It looks as good as it should as long as the weather does too. But god forbid it gets windy."
