"I got my bathroom vanity replaced.In field work was very good, office was a problem. Poor communication. The day they were supposed to go out they canceled. I had to call them to see where they were and office told me they weren't arriving because they did not have my vanity delivered yer. Chris left me a VM stating he would provide a 200.0p dollar credit. I appreciated the offer but declined the credit. I just wanted the vanity done. When they came out a few days later the they arrived on time. Office told me a day and a couple of hours the next morning and job would be done. It wasn't. It took 2.5 days. Obviously since the job was T&M that doubled the price I thought it would be. Again, the field workers did a good job, the office needs better training. If you don't know how long something will take, do not comment on it. If you do not have the pieces of a vanity on a Friday, do not schedule it for that Monday."
