"A little disappointed since I scheduled an appointment for a fence quote, and when the day came, I was only able to get ahold of them once (called them 10 minutes past the scheduled time). I was informed that they were on their way to our house or that someone should be here shortly. We waited for almost an hour but no one showed up. Within that hour, I called a few times and left messages to get an update, whether if someone was going to show up or not, I never got a phone call back."
